From Boone/Banner Elk/Blowing Rock, NC and areas of Tennessee taking Hwy 421:
Take Hwy 421 South to Wilkesboro. Exit onto the Wilkes Community College Exit. Turn right at end of ramp and go to first stop light. Turn left at light - this is the entrance road to Wilkes Community College. Follow sign on campus.

From Charlotte/Statesville and areas of South Carolina taking I-77 North:
In Charlotte, take I-77 N. to Hwy 421 (Hwy 421/North Wilkesboro Exit)
Exit onto the Wilkes Community College Exit. Turn left at end of ramp and go to first stop light. Turn left at light - this is the entrance road to Wilkes Community College. Follow signs on campus.

FFrom Greensboro/Winston-Salem and areas of N.C. and Va. Taking I-85 S to I-40 W:
In Greensboro, take I-40 W toward Winston-Salem
In Winston-Salem, take Hwy 421 N. Follow Hwy 421 N to the Wilkes Community College Exit. Exit onto the Wilkes Community College Exit. Turn left at end of ramp and go to first stop light. Turn left at light - this is the entrance road to Wilkes Community College. Follow signs on campus.

From Mount Airy and areas of Va. taking I-77 South:
